Former minister Bharat Chandra Narah has been reappointed as press advisor to Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi.

The chief minister has directed Chief Secretary Jitesh Khosla to issue the order for reappointment of Narah as his press advisor with the rank of a cabinet minister, an official release said here today.

Narah had tendered his resignation to the chief minister to work for the party just before the last Lok Sabha elections.
