Rajya Sabha adjourned till noon

Rajya Sabha was Friday adjourned till noon after an uproar by opposition parties demanding special economic package for seven backward states.

As soon as the house met for the day, members created chaos in the house.

Amid the din, Chairman Hamid Ansari adjourned the house.
