I feel they will form the government. They may be short of a seat which they can get from the independents.

Will you be contesting elections in other states in the Lok Sabha polls?
Which are the states you will contest in?
We have to decide that. We will sit and take a decision on that soon.
Which seat are you happy about most?
Im happy about all the results in Delhi.
How do you see these results? Is it an anti-corruption wave, or an anti-Congress wave?
It is not merely an anti corruption wave or anti Congress wave. People in Delhi were yearning for an alternative to BJP and Congress and that is what is evident in this result.
Was it corruption that made people look for an alternative? Was that the main issue?
No it was many issues. People were disgusted with their kind of politics. that meant money power, liquor and so on. There were other issues also. Basically it was a question of disgust with the old style of politics.
But in Muslim majority constituencies like Ball Maran and Chandi Chowk and Seelampur, Muslims have voted for Congress. So you have still not won over the Muslims.
If you look at the votes we polled even in these constituencies, it is a large number. Clearly Congress is now finished. It is really AAP which is seen as the only secular alternative.
Do you think replacement of Vijay Goel by Harsh Vardhan as the face of BJP helped the party?
Yes that has helped.
How did such a large number of brooms come on the streets? Did the party organise the supply?
No Im not aware if the party organised any supply of brooms. But there is indeed a large number.
