Axis Bank, India’s third largest private sector Bank, today inaugurated their first Premium Banking Branch in Bangalore. Mr. S. K. Chakrabarti, Deputy Managing Director, Axis Bank inaugurated the Premium Banking Branch located at Koramangla in Bangalore. This is Axis Bank’s 8th Premium Banking branch in India.
Shri S. K. Chakrabarti, Deputy Managing Director, Axis Bank said “Axis Bank, being a total solutions bank, always has a focused approach when it comes to offering services to its customers. The requirements of our Priority, Wealth, Channel One, Club50 and SME category clients are quite different and they therefore need to be serviced differently too. The premium branches are designed such that they can cater to every need of the premium clients of the bank apart from servicing the other spectrum of customers.”
The Premium Banking Branch will focus on servicing the Priority, Wealth, Channel One, Club50 and SME clients of the bank. The branch is equipped to offer the entire spectrum of banking and financial services to its customers.
The branch has a Lounge area and a Business Center exclusively for the premium clients. The Business Center offers all the business communication facilities for clients to conduct business meetings. Meeting rooms offer clients the privacy to conduct confidential transactions while Conference rooms can be used to conduct workshops, investment conferences, art displays etc.
All these unique features and facilities are offered without any additional cost to the premium customers. The branch also has an Anywhere Banking desk and a cash counter to facilitate the basic banking transactions of Non base Branch and non premium customers.
