Godrej Properties voted among Most Trusted Names in realty

Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) (BSE scrip id: GODREJPRP), the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, has been voted as among the ‘Most Trusted Names’ in the Real Estate Industry and ‘India’s Best Marketed Real Estate Company 2011’ by 4Ps Business & Marketing (4Ps B&M) in association with India Council for Market Research (ICMR). The survey was conducted across Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune and Ahmedabad to select the best companies.

To identify the Best Marketed Real Estate Companies in both Residential and Commercial sectors, the survey used multiple parameters including infrastructure, financing options, location, past projects, timely completion & possession, transparency, reliability and stability and interviewed brokers/ agents and buyers, both individuals and corporate, as the respondents. The final list was prepared based on the frequency of responses obtained from the respondents. A separate opinion poll was conducted to list the top companies under the various categories aka most recalled, trusted et al, for which Godrej Properties Ltd. was voted among the ‘Most Trusted Names’ in the realty space.
