HM-Mitsubishi Motors inaugurates first authorized service outlet in Mumbai

HM-Mitsubishi Motors, India’s leading automobile manufacturer, has inaugurated the company’s first authorized service outlet in Worli, today. The service outlet, G. N. Automotives Private Limited, was inaugurated by Mr. Yoshiaki Wada, Head – Dealer Development & Business Development, HM-Mitsubishi Motors, in the presence of other senior company officials. Mrs. Geeta B Nikam, G.N. Automotives Private Limited, was also present at the inauguration.

The new authorized service outlet is located No-5, Mohatta Bhavan, Dr. E. Moses Road, Worli, and has a floor area of 10,500 square feet.  G. N. Automotives Pvt Ltd will offer world-class service experience to Mitsubishi customers in Mumbai city. A team of trained engineers from HM-Mitsubishi will provide assistance to the customers.  The entire range of Mitsubishi vehicles, including Lancer, Cedia, Pajero, Montero and the recently-launched Outlander 2010, can be serviced here.

Speaking about the inauguration of the service centre, Mr. Y.V.S.Vijay Kumar - Executive Vice president, HM-Mitsubishi, Chennai Car Plant, said, “It is a matter of honor for us to inaugurate our first service outlet in the city of Mumbai, one of our key markets. This year, we at HM-Mitsubishi are looking to capitalize on the phenomenal growth that the Indian auto sector is witnessing and an integral aspect of this includes ramping up our service network. We aim to create a strong authorized dealer network to support our growing sales and to ensure adequate support for all sales and service functions. This is HM-Mitsubishi’s 49th service centre and we believe that it will play a vital role in strengthening our base and continue to enhance the experience that we offer our customers.”

Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Yoshiaki Wada, Head – Dealer Development and Business Development, HM-Mitsubishi Motors, said, "HM - Mitsubishi is committed to offer its high quality service standards to guarantee consumer satisfaction.
