Malla, Chairman and Managing Director, IDBI Bank Limited, presented a cheque for Rs.114.52 crore to Hon'ble Union Finance Minister, Shri Pranab Mukherjee on August 14, 2010 towards Dividend payable @ Rs.3/- per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2010 on the Equity Share Capital of the Bank held by the Government of India.
