Intelenet Global Services - A Serco Company has been recognised for its exemplary contribution to the global BPO industry, at this year’s BPO Excellence Awards 2012. 

Intelenet’s CEO Susir Kumar, was honored with the titles of ‘Role Model & Exemplary Leader’ & ‘BPO Entrepreneur of the Year’ reckoning his vision for the people of the organisation, his entrepreneurship, commitment and keen interest in the people centricity of the company. 

The company has been recognised under the category ‘Fun at Work’, acknowledging superior employee engagement programs that encompass work life balance, leadership development, rewards and recognitions, formal & informal programmes and a healthy work culture provided to the employees. 

Additionally Intelenet has also been recognised for ‘BPO Innovation of the Year', for its Video Touch Mart (VTM) kiosk, that enables real-time interaction between customers and retailers, delivering pre-sales assistance, guidance as well as rebates and coupons.
