Kale wins NASSCOM 2010 Corporate Award for Gender Inclusivity

Kale Consultants Ltd., the leading solutions provider to Airline and Travel industry, announced today that it has received the Corporate Award for Excellence in Gender Inclusivity by NASSCOM in India for the year 2010 as the Best Company with under 1000 employees. This accomplishment recognizes Kale’s gender inclusive employment and development practices that have enabled women employees to contribute to the success of the company at all levels in the organization.

An independent jury consisting of Ms Hema Ravichandar, HR Advisor, Strategic; Mr N R Narayana Murthy, Chairman of the Board and Chief Mentor, Infosys Technologies; Dr Rekha Jain, Executive Chair of the Telecom Centre of Excellence and Professor, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad; Mr Som Mittal, President, NASSCOM and Ms Vinita Bali, Managing Director, Britannia Industries selected the winner in each category of awards.
