Lenovo announces 'respite-from-recession' consumer offer

Lenovo has introduced a delightful offer that offers consumers a respite from the severe, ongoing recession. The offer includes exciting gifts such as a BlackBerry handset, Microsoft Office Student Pack, Canon Inkjet printer, Powercom UPS and two-year warranty upgrade, on the purchase of select Lenovo consumer notebooks and desktops. The offer is open across all Lenovo retail stores in India, and is on from February 12 – March 31, 2009.

Lenovo is offering one of the most tempting, value-offers seen in the Indian PC market by providing a BlackBerry 7130g on the purchase of the Lenovo Y430, Lenovo Y330 or Lenovo G230 notebooks.
The BlackBerry 7130g from Vodafone (worth about Rs. 20,000/-) will include one-month subscription as well, making this offer irresistible. This offer is valid on a first-come-first-basis only, making it exclusive to the first 1,000 purchases in India. Consumers can also opt for a Microsoft Office Student Pack, in place of the BlackBerry.
Extended On-Site Warranty
In a unique initiative in the PC market today, Lenovo is extending on-site warranty for up to two years on the purchase of Lenovo G430 and G530 notebooks.
Desktop Offer
Desktop users too can rejoice, as consumers buying a Lenovo Q, K and H Series desktop can avail two-year additional warranty or Powercom UPS or a Canon Inkjet printer.
