Marcel Parker appointed as Chairman of Ikya

Marcel Parker has been appointed the Chairman of Ikya Human Capital Solutions "� a premium integrated HR Solutions Company with a focus on Staffing Solutions, Recruitment Solutions, Executive Search, Learning Solutions and Customised Solutions. At Ikya Marcel will oversee many functions including, Governance, HR and Operations and his main challenge would be to drive the efforts and energy of the team to elevate Ikya to the next level.

Prior to joining Ikya, Marcel was the President-HR at the Raymond Group of Companies for a period of five years. A seasoned professional, he has more than 38 years of experience in manpower management at highest levels across HR functions in reputed organizations such as Voltas Ltd, The East India Hotels Ltd, Modi Xerox Ltd, Bharat Shell Limited and SAP India Pvt.Ltd. An MBA from the prestigious IIM, Ahmedabad, Marcel has a great passion for HR and actively supports and works with the National HRD Network.
