Kamal Sharma has taken over as the Group Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Business Unit Head (IT Infrastructure) of Mindlance, Indian subsidiary based in Bangalore/ Gurgaon.

Kamal has extensive experience in executive IT strategy and engineering, business management, operational streamlining, business development, strategic planning and business process management for Information technology and IT business operations. Earlier he has worked with IBM, Polaris and Satyam on various management and IT delivery positions.

Visionary, result-oriented and business savvy Chief Information Officer with Career history of formulating and executing strategic business and technology initiatives, spearheading complex projects to completion and orchestrating successful corporate strategy and process improvement plans for organizations. He has a strong record of propelling business to profitability via creative and surgical utilization of leading edge technology.
