The Autumn/Winter 2010 collection of Theory will now be available exclusively at ‘Kitsch’ in DLF Emporio Mall, New Delhi.
About Autumn/Winter 2010 Collection:
Theory collection comprises of high waisted shorts and skirts that accentuate the waistline to create a feminine and structured look. The menswear inspired collection continues to be a part of the collection. Novelty suiting with simple pinstripes is offered in several fabrics. Classic fitting two button blazers like the Matelda appear in new silhouettes, such as the elongated Taylan and Anorie -- and the Lyzbeth with strong shoulder. Pair with new pant silhouettes like wide leg Adelson, side zip Tensley and cuffed Telman and updates on classic pant silhouettes. Double breasted styles include Amberley (update on Blinn), Darlin, Althean and Ethelyn.
The jacket this season is a unique statement piece adding sophistication and novelty to a look. Silhouettes are double breasted, elongated, with a bold shoulder and classic waist length. Flannel, tweed, houndstooth jacquard wool and boucle add texture and pattern in fabrics
The oversized boyfriend cardigan is a Fall 2010 staple paired with a knit legging or slim pant.
Fur is used for several outerwear pieces, most notably with the Hanalee Raccoon and Rabbit combo vest - an exceptional standalone style classic. Detachable Raccoon collars appear as accents to the Kimmy and Briton puffer jackets. All over leather and leather patches in fabrics Repair, Jet and Align are used throughout Fall 2010 in a variety of pieces, ranging from knitwear to outerwear.
Exposed zipper detail on dresses and skirts is prominent. Knitwear styles also incorporate exposed zipper detail. Glister and Moviestar fabrics use sequins to add a touch of glam to the collection.
