Ramky Infra registers growth of 22% in Consolidated revenue

Ramky Infrastructure Ltd., an integrated construction and infrastructure development and management company, today reported consolidated revenue of Rs 3934.04 crore for the year ended March 31, 2012, as compared to Rs 3213.63 crore in corresponding period of last fiscal year, registering a growth of 22.42%.

The Consolidated net profit stood at Rs 244.07 crore, as compared to Rs 206.09 crore posted in the same period of last fiscal year.

Earnings per share (EPS) (Consolidated) for the year stood at Rs 42.67, as compared to Rs 38.73 in the corresponding period of last fiscal year.

EBITDA (Consolidated) for the 12 months stood at Rs 629.07 crore, a growth of 36.82% as compared to Rs 459.76 crore posted in the same period of last fiscal year.

Developments this Year:

New Orders:
Ramky Infrastructure Ltd., has bagged projects worth Rs 5888.09 Crore during the year 2011-2012. Major projects include:

  1. In Uttar Pradesh, the company has been awarded a project from National Highways Authority of India for Six Laning of Agra - Etawah Bypass Section from Km 199.600 to Km 323.525 of NH - 2 in the State of Uttar Pradesh under NHDP Phase V to be executed on BOT (Toll) Basis on DBFOT Pattern for a value of Rs 1207.00 Cr. The tenure of completion is 30 Months.
  2. In Karnataka, the company has been awarded a project from National Highways Authority of India for Four Laning of Hospet - Chitradurga section of NH - 13 from km.299.000 to km.418.600 in the state of Karnataka under National Highways Development Project (NHDP) Phase III on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT/BOT) basis in BOT (Toll) for a value of Rs 1033.65 Cr. The tenure of completion is 30 Months.
  3. In Delhi, the company has been awarded a project from Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. for Construction of Low Cost Housing for Urban Poor / Slum Rehabilitation at Bawana - III (Pooth Khurd) Delhi Comprising of 6480 EWS Houses in (G+4) Phase I for a value of Rs 253.22 Cr. The tenure of completion is 18 Months.
  4. In Chhattisgarh, the company has been awarded a project from Chhattisgarh Energy Consortium (India) Pvt. Ltd for Construction of Concrete Weir, Spillway and Appurtenant works, River Diversion, HRT Intake, Head Race Tunnel, Open Channel, Fore Bay, Civil works of Penstock, Switchyard, Power House and Tailrace, Infrastructure works including Service / Access Road and all Hydro Mechanical (HM) works of Mander-1 & Mander-II Small H.E. Project, Chattisgarh for a value of Rs 232.20 Cr. The tenure of completion is 27 Months.
  5. In Karnataka, the company has been awarded a project from Karnataka State Highways Improvement Project for Upgradation of the Road from Soundatti (Km 0+000) to Kamatagi (Km 130 + 130) (including Mulur Ghat) of SH - 34 and SH – 14 for a value of Rs 225.50 Cr. The tenure of completion is 36 Months
  6. In Tamil Nadu, the company has been awarded a project from Purvankara Projects Limited for Construction of Civil works for our Residential project PURVA WINDERMERE at Medavakkam /Pallikaranai Villages, Chennai for a value of Rs 207.35 Cr. The tenure of completion is 21 Months.

As on 31st March 2012, the company has the order book of Rs 13702.94 crore.
