Sonata names N Venkatraman as Head - Strategic Finance and Risk Mgmt

Sonata Software announced the appointment of N Venkatraman as Head - Strategic Finance and Risk Management. In this position, Venkat will oversee various aspects of Risk Management and Control functions, including valuations and deal structuring for M&As, Financial Information Systems, and Legal & Regulatory functions at Sonata.

Prior to joining Sonata, Venkat worked with Team Lease Services where he held the position of CFO and Head of Operations. Having worked in Consulting, IT and HR services, Venkat brings to Sonata a combined experience of 14 years. He started his career with Andersen after which he spearheaded the Finance functions at both Perot Systems and Mind Tree Consulting.
