Sonata Software Limited, a leading IT consultancy and software services company, will announce results for the quarter ended June 30, 2010 on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 in Mumbai. The results will be available for public viewing on the company's website www.sonata-software.com, in the section ‘Investors'.

This will be followed by an Analyst Call on July 23, 2010 at 11.30 am IST. It will be hosted by Mr. B. Ramaswamy, President & Managing Director of Sonata Software, along with other members of the senior management. During the call, Mr. Ramaswamy will also respond to queries related to the company's performance.
