The Store Locator service has been designed to enable a customer to locate a Vodafone Store/Mini Store nearest to him. Customers across the state can avail this service by messaging 111 with the area pin code (viz: Store to 111). People travelling to upcountry locations in Bengal can also utilize this service to fulfill their billing or recharge related requirements.

The new avatar of Missed Call Information will enable customers to receive personalised SMS from the number of the person whose call was missed. The service gains even more relevance and convenience if the number of the missed call is already saved in the phone book of the customer. This means, the customer would not have to search for the number. To give an example of how the new format works, This service will send the SMS from the number of the person whose call was missed saying; "you missed a call from me at 11.43 am on 13th March" thus giving a personalised touch to the message, along with the precise date and time of the call

To activate the missed call alert service, postpaid customers need to type ACT MCI and SMS to 111 and prepaid customers need to SMS ACT MCI to 144. All new customers activating the service would be charged Rs 30 per month on an auto renewal basis.
