Supreme Infrastructure India Limited (B.S.E Code: no: 532904), one of the most versatile Infrastructure companies in India has bagged in four new contracts for a total of worth Rs. 389.15 Cr.
The first order is for construction of multi storey buildings complex named ‘Oswal Green’ in Chembur, Mumbai from M/s. Oswal Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd. The project has been awarded in joint venture wherein the Company has the majority stake. The value of the project is Rs. 270 Cr.
The second order is for the construction of Building for ESIC at Andheri, Mumbai from National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited (NBCC). The value of the project is Rs. 90.24 Cr & will be executed in 15 months (by June 2012).
The third order is for construction of 39 storied tower for Orbit Corporation’s project named ‘Orbit Enclave’ at Prarthna Samaj, Mumbai. The value of the project is Rs. 22 Cr.
The fourth order is for the construction of a residential bungalow at Juhu, Mumbai from Creative Marketing and Investment Private Limited. The value of the project is Rs. 6.91 Cr.
Commenting on the order Mr. Vikas B. Sharma, Director, Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd said, ”We are extremely happy with the orders. Since all the sites are located in Mumbai, the company shall cater the requirement of concrete from its existing RMC Units in Mumbai which will be a huge added benefit at operational level and in turn boost the economies of the backward integration model of the Company coupled with least requirement for additional capex.”

- Emerged L1 for Ahemadnagar-Karmala-Timbhurni Road BOT project. Overall project cost at Rs. 560 cr
- Awarded Panvel-Indapur section (84km) of NH-17 for 4 laning. Project cost stands at Rs. 1,150 cr
- New Orders worth Rs. 484 cr have been added in Q3-FY11 in the Bridges, Roads and Buildings segment.
- Order book stands at 3,060 cr and will be executed over a period of next 24-30 months
- EBITDA margins for YTD- FY11 stood at 17.9%
- PAT margins for YTD – FY11 stood at 8%

- Each vertical functions as a business unit, thus having increased focus on execution as well as order book growth
- Currently Supreme is executing about work at about 25 sites and is looking to start work at another 4 sites
- A key differentiator for the company is its backward integration model where the company has built significant capabilities in quarrying business giving it high control over aggregrates (a key raw material in construction).
