The incident happened on NH 30 near Usrao village under Kochas police station in the district.
The deceased has been identified as one Alamgir Miyan (35).
Kochas Station House Officer (SHO) Mohammad Irshad said, the bus traveling from Maliabagh to Kochas rolled down in a ditch along the National Highway.
The bus driver fled after the accident leaving the vehicle, which has been seized by the police.
The injured have been admitted to nearby Primary Health Centre.
