1 killed, 7 injured as car overturns

One man was killed and seven others including two woman were injured as the vehicle, which they were travelling in, overturned after one of its tyres burst near Panch Ki Bawari on the Kota-Jaipur national highway in Hindoli police station area of the district.
Assistant sub-inspector (ASI) at Hindoli police station Ladhuram said the accident took place around 12 noon when the members of a Kota-based family and some of their relatives were going to Deoli to attend a function.
While the vehicle was running at high speed, one of its rear tyres burst causing it to overturn near Panch Ki Bawari. Narendra Soni (40) was killed on the spot while six others including two women received injuries, Ladhuram said.

The ASI said four of the injured are undergoing treatment at the Community Health Centre (CHC) in Hindoli while three others with critical injuries have been referred to the government hospital in Bundi.
