10 injured in clash over land dispute

Ten people were injured in a clash between two groups over a land-related dispute in Gariyabag village here, the police said today.
Subhash and Rajpal had an argument over boundary of their farms last evening which soon turned violent, SHO of Kakrauli police station Anil Kumar Singh said.
Both the groups used firearms and sharp-edged weapons freely in the clash, he said.
The injured were rushed to a hospital, the officer said, adding an investigation is underway in the matter.
