12 injured in rabid dog attack

At least 12 people, including women, were injured in attacks by rabid dogs at Dadheru Kala village in this district, the police said today.
According to the villagers, a rabid dog entered the village last evening and attacked them. The dog was later killed by the villagers, they said.
The in-charge of the primary government health centre here, the injured have provided treatment and administered anti-rabies injections.
