A woman filed a complaint with the police accusing the eighty-year-old man of sodomising a boy.
The woman, in her complaint, said she noticed that in a hut opposite Santon ka Gurudwara in NIT area, the old man was sodomising the boy yesterday.
A case was registered at Police Station Kotwali in Faridabad under Sections 377 and 511 of IPC and relevant provisions of the POCSO Act.
Police have started investigation into the case, said investigating officer Satyanarayan.
