Lemon rice was served to nearly 120 students of the Andhra Pradesh Tribal Welfare Residential School at Myalavaram town this morning.
After consuming the same, 14 girl students (aged 10- 12 years) started vomiting. They were immediately rushed to Myalavaram Community Health Centre by the teachers and school warden, District Medical & Health Officer Nagamalleswari told PTI.
Two of them were discharged in the evening, while 12 students are still under treatment, but they are out of danger, Nagamalleswari said.
