15 cases disposed in Telephone Adalat

Altogether 15 cases related to state run telecom service provider BSNL were disposed and a revenue of Rs 34,631 collected in a Telephone Adalat organized at Adityapur Ashiana Telephone exchange, in Seraikela-Kharswan district, under Jamshedpur Circle today.
Senior General Manager, BSNL, Jamshedpur Circle, B N Singh said he and Deputy General Manager (Finance), S N Prasad heard the grievances of the customers and disposed the cases.
He said issues related to excess metering, broad band, landline phone, mobile phone, VPT data card rent rebate, etc was heard in the Adalat, where BSNL customers from industrial township of Adityapur and Gamariah participated.
