15 held, 26 vehicles impounded in crack down on illegal mining

In its drive against illegal mining, Gautam Buddha Nagar police have arrested 15 persons and impounded 26 vehicles from different parts of the district.
Senior Superintendent of Police Preetinder Singh said the drive was launched last night and will continue in coming days.
Police in Noida Sector 39, Sector 49 and Kasna impounded 14 vehicles and arrested five persons.
Seven cases were registered in the areas.
Rest of the arrests were made in Dankaur and Greater Noida areas.
