158-kg hashish seized in Nepal

Police in Nepal today seized 158-kg of hashish and arrested two persons for smuggling the narcotics from the outskirts of Kathmandu.
Police arrested Kumar Thapa and Raj Kumar Giri from Badbhanjyang area as they were smuggling the narcotics on a private truck, bearing a fake registration number.
The hashish was being transported into Kathmandu from outside district for local consumption, said the Narcotic Control Bureau of Nepal.
