18 injured as bus overturns

At least 18 persons were injured when a bus going to Delhi from Lakhimpur lost control and overturned in Tilhar area here, police said today.
The incident took place yesterday night while the bus was overtaking a vehicle, they said.
The condition of six of the injured was stated to be critical.
The bus was carrying 55 passengers and was running illegally on the route, police said.
A probe is on in the matter.
