Sandeep, a school dropout, along with two of his associates had allegedly looted a motorcycle and a mobile phone from a man in a North Delhi area on March 7, police said.
During investigation, Sandeep was arrested near old GT Karnal road in North West Delhi, Additional Commissioner of Police Ravindra Yadav said.
Sandeep also confessed to his involvement in a snatching case.
The looted motorcycle has been recovered from him, police said.
