19-yr-old B Tech student in Har shoots self

A 19-year-old engineering student of a local university allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself at his residence here today, police said.
The victim, identified as Sanjay, a B Tech student at the Guru Jambeshwar University of Science and Technology, shot himself dead, with the service revolver of his father Sahib Ram, at his residence in Vinod Nagar, police said.
The victim's father is a gunman for Additional Deputy Commissioner Raj Narain Kaushik.
Sanjay was sick for some time and was fed up with his sickness, his family said.
He was an adopted son of Sahib Ram, police said, adding they were investigating the matter.
