The arrested Yogender alias Rinku and Rohit Kumar alias Sunny had shot Ravi Thapa on January 9 this year, said Romil Baaniya, DCP, South East District.
Ravi succumbed to injuries in hospital the next day.
"On June 5, accused Yogender alias Rinku was arrested based on a tip-off and later he led us to Rohit who was also arrested," said the officer.
The weapon used for the offence as well as the vehicle has also been recovered.
During interrogation, Yogender's elder brother Bijender, who is presently in Tihar Jail in a murder case, was assaulted by a person called Birju Nepali in the jail, the officer said.
Yogender is already involved in an attempt to murder case.
