The accused, identified as Hanuman Jakhad and Devi Singh, have been arrested yesterday, he said.
The duo, having criminal background, also allegedly smuggled a gun in the prison.
One of the accused was caught on the basis of CCTV cameras installed in the prison as he had visited a prison on the same day when the gang war took place in July, he said.
Three prisoners, including a notorious criminal, were killed when a gang war broke out in Bikaner jail in July.
