SI Diwakar Mani Tripathi and constable Rajendra Misra have been sent to police lines and inquiry has been ordered for misbehaving with SP worker Bhaiyalal Saroj, Superintendent of Police Ratan Kant Pandey said.
Bhaiyalal Saroj's brother had a longstanding dispute with his neighbour for which both parties had been called to the police station and the SP worker had accompanied them, police said.
As Saroj came out of the police station during the discussion, Tripathi and Misra forcibly brought him inside and made him sit there for sometime, police said.
