2 killed in bus-motorbike collision

Two persons were killed when their motorcycle collided with a bus near a village here, police said today.
The accident took place last evening when the state transport bus going from Sircilla to Siddipet hit a motorcycle coming from the opposite direction on the outskirts of Tangallapalli village, about 45 km from here, Sircilla Deputy Superintendent of Police Damera Narsaiah said.
The two persons killed on the spot were identified as Guggilla Vamshi (22) and Rangu Babu (21) of Baddenapalli village.
Sircilla police have registered a case against the bus driver, he said.
The bodies have been sent to a government hospital at Sircilla for post-mortem, he added.
