Two people were killed and three injured after their car fell into a gorge near Kanjasu village on Pokhri-Kanjasu motor road in Chamoli district today.
The police and the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) teams recovered the bodies and the injured people with the help of locals, the district disaster control room here said.
The vehicle was occupied by five people of Kanjasu village when the mishap occurred.
The injured have been sent to community health centre at Karnaprayag.
