2 minors raped in separate incidents

Two minors were allegedly raped in separate incidents in Faridabad district, police said today.
A 14-year-old girl was raped by her neighbour for the last three months, police said here.
According to the complaint filed by the victim, the neighbour used to threaten her of killing her brother if she do not co-operate with him.
Out of fear, the victim surrendered to the advances of the accused, police said.
Later, she narrated the entire incident to her mother after she developed some medical complications in her abdomen, police said.
A complaint was lodged with the police and a case was registered with Women Police Station Faridabad under sections 376, 506 and 34 of IPC and section 4 of POCSO.

Investigating Officer ASI Sushila said that the accused has been arrested and the police is investigating the matter.

In the second incident, a 15-year-old girl has alleged that she was raped by her friend, police said today.
According to the complaint filed by the girl, she was raped on October 15 by one of her friends, who had come on a bike and asked her to accompany him for some important work.
She didn't suspect any foul play as the boy was known to her, as stated in the complaint.
Two more friends of the boy, not known to the victim, had accompanied them and the girl was taken to a house and raped by the friend. The other two accused clicked photos of the act, police said.

Later, the girl narrated the incident to the family and a complaint was filed with the police.
A case has been registered at Women Police Station Faridabad under sections 376D, 342, 363 and 506 of IPC and section 6 of POCSO Act.
The investigating officer ASI Rajkumari said that the police have arrested the main accused in the case and the investigations in the case is underway, police said.
Meanwhile, in a similar case, a 45-year-old woman has filed the complaint accusing a man in her neighbourhood of disrobing and molesting her, police said.
The woman said in her complaint that on 27th October the accused came there and forced the woman to a nearby room. He abused and disrobed her.

Later, she was also molested by him in attempt to rape, according to the complaint.
A case has been registered with Women Police Station Faridabad under sections 354B, 376, 450, 506 and 511 of IPC.
The police are taking steps to arrest the accused, the investigating officer ASI Raj Rani said.
