2 Naxals killed in Jharkhand encounter

Two Naxals were killed and arms and ammunitions recovered following an encounter with security personnel in Dumka district today, police said.

"Two Nnxals have been killed in the encounter that has taken place in the Gopikander police station limit of Dumka district," Additional Director General of Police, R K Mallick said.

The security personnel have also recovered a self loading rifle, among other items, he said adding that a massive search operation was going on.
