The girl was allegedly kidnapped, sedated and gang-raped by four youths at Alamgir village near Ludhiana on Saturday night and later dumped near G N E College complex.
The two accused, identified as Raja and Sonu, were arrested today, Station-House-Officer Daba police station Inspector Jatinder Singh said.
One of them was living in the same colony that of the victim, he said, adding the other accused have also been identified and a search is on for them.
The accused have been booked under Section 376 D (gang rape) of the IPC and section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
