"After getting information from two arrested Maoist cadre Debdulal Mahato and Goutam Rana, the police dug out a spot in Gamaria forest and found the skeletons," Superintendent of Police, Jhargram, Bharati Ghosh said.
The family members of the two CPI-M cadre abducted and missing since 2010 identified them as that of Sachin Khilari (30) and Pintu Mahato (28) from the clothes and the rings.
Ghosh said that DNA test would be carried on the skeletons for further confirmation.
Local CPI-M leader Dahareswar Sen said that Sachin and Pintu had been their active members and two other party cadre have still been missing.
