Navjot Sharma was arrested yesterday from Jandi Morh in Hiranagar area of the district and 21 grams of heroin over Rs 50,000 was seized from him, he said.
In another incident, one Sumit Singh was arrested yesterday near Ujh Bridge in the same district and 4.5 grams of heroin over Rs 10,000 was recovered from him, the officer said.
Both the accused were booked under various sections of NDPS Act and further investigations have been initiated, he said.
