The two were found roaming in a suspicious manner with a parcel containing suspected drug near the bus stand, police said.
During investigation, the youths told the Police they were asked to carry the stuff and hand it over to a person here for a fee of Rs 20,000, but they did not know the substance.
The substance had been sent for laboratory examination and further investigation was on, police added.
