This is the first time such opportunity has come to the tribal students of KISS, Dr P K Routray, CEO of KISS told reporters here today.
The students' study and scholarship in China materialised following deliberations of KISS authorities with Prof Zhou Sheng, general secretary of Yangzhou Polytechnic College (YPC).
Prof Achyuta Samanta, Founder of KIIT & KISS had signed MoU with YPC and some other institutions during his visit to China in March, he said.
YPC agreed to provide scholarship to 20 students from KISS to pursue their graduation (+3) in their university, which will begin from the upcoming semester.
Congratulating the selected students, Prof Samanta said efforts are on to arrange scholarship and study of KISS students in reputed educational institutions of other countries as well.
