On a tip-off, the joint raid was conducted at the godown in Pandav Nagar industrial area on the intervening night of September 28 and 29, Kavi Nagar SHO Ashok Shishodia said.
230 cartons of liquor stashed in four vehicles were seized by the joint teams and two bootleggers, Sonu and Balram, were arrested, he said.
The duo confessed that the liquor was smuggled from Haryana as the demand for alcohol touches its peak during dry days in elections, police said, adding, a scooty used for ferrying liquor has also been seized.
In a third such incident, Modi Nagar SHO Deepak Sharma said that during routine check police intercepted a Ritz car for checking and recovered 10 cartoons of CMFL ferried from Haryana.
The car owner, identified as Mohit Tyagi, fled from the spot, he said.
