According to a complaint by the girl, she was abducted by Riyajul and his two accomplices, Arif Khan and Anjak Khan, from Morla Kanchi on August 21, police said.
She was taken to Arif's house in Sarkaghat where she was raped, they said.
The police had arrested Arif yesterday and managed to nab Riyajul and Ankaj today.
"The accused have been booked under section 363 (kidnapping), 376 (rape) and 120 B (criminal conspiracy) of the IPC and section 4 of POCSO Act," a police official said.
