The incident took place on May 26 when the woman, a resident of Etah city, had gone to the village where Rajveer and his associates took her to a room and gangraped her, police said.
The accused also threatened to kill her if she approached the police.
The woman claimed that she had sent an application to the police but her complaint was not lodged following which she approached a local court which directed the police to lodge an FIR.
The FIR was filed at Mirechi Kotwali here yesterday against Rajveer of Nagla Mohan Sati village and his two associates and further investigation is on, station officer Noshad Ahmad Khan said.
