3 booked for violating prohibitory orders in UP

Three persons have been booked for allegedly violating prohibitory orders during elections for the post of Gram Pradhan in Morna village here, police said today.
The accused identified as Shehzad, Azeez and Irfan, all relatives of newly-elected Gram Pradhan of Morna village, Gulshan, have been booked for taking out a victory procession yesterday without permission and firing in the air, causing bullet injuries to a 14-year-old boy, Altaf.
The boy has been admitted to a local hospital.
A case has been registered against three people for violation of prohibitory orders, police said.
