3 children drown in the Yamuna river

Three children, including two girls, were drowned in the Yamuna river in two separate incidents here today.
In the first incident, Geeta (13) and Krishna (19) drowned in the river in Begampur village of Vrindaban, police said.
The girls had entered the river to bath but slipped into deep waters, they said.
In another incident, eight-year-old Pawan drowned in the river near Gokul Barrage while he was bathing, police said.
All the three bodies have been sent for post mortem.
