3 dead, 13 wounded in Burkina Faso coup violence: doctor

Three people were killed and at least 13 wounded in fresh clashes in Burkina Faso's capital after this week's military coup, a doctor at the city's main hospital said.
The deaths, reported yesterday, in Ouagadougou bring to six the number of people killed following the military takeover, after a hospital source on Thursday reported three people had died in clashes.
