3 dists without power since morning after sub-station b'down

: A major breakdown in the sub-station at Tiruvarur has led to Tiruvarur, Thanjavur and Nagapattinam districts going without power since this morning.
Officials said they would work round-the-clock to set right the problem and power would be restored soon.
