Gurdeep Singh and Sahab Singh from Haryana, and Gurjant Singh from Punjab, were arrested yesterday from Kurukshetra.
"They were arrested after their mobiles phones, that were put under surveillance, were traced to Haryana," Dehradun SSP Nivedita Kukreti Kumar said.
"They had been on the run for over a month after duping a city-based jeweller," she said.
